Romano’s and Mr. Pita open first Colorado unit

COMMERCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. --
Papa Romano's Pizza and Mr. Pita have finalized a lease to
open a co-branded location in Boulder, Colo. The new
restaurant is slated to open in February 2009 and represents
the first of 100 locations the two chains plan to open in
Colorado.
The companies signed a lease
for a 1,920 square-foot site located at 13th Street in the
University Hill district. Area developer Jeff Marcus and
partner Jim Odle, both of Brush, Colo., are the franchisees.
